Ticketing system for a TV and internet repair workshop

A TV and internet repair workshop was managing its jobs on paper, leading to lost tracking and delays. A digital ticket system made it possible to trace every repair from intake to handover, with repairs assigned to technicians by the manager and progress notifications to customers.

The repair workshop tracked its jobs on paper or in a spreadsheet. When a customer called to ask about the progress of their repair, the technician had to dig through the work orders. Parts on order were tracked from memory, and some repairs slipped through the cracks.

The ticket system digitizes and structures the whole process: device intake, diagnosis, parts ordering, repair, testing and handover. Each step is tracked with a timestamp. The customer can be updated on progress at any time, and the manager sees each technician's workload at a glance.
