Python parsers (regex, syntactic parsing, data cleaning) and Bash automation scripts. Contribution centered on data extraction, cleaning and formatting, as well as the automation of repetitive tasks.
The Python parsers use combinations of regex and syntactic parsing to extract structured and semi-structured data from various formats (CSV, JSON, XML, free text). Each parser is specialized for one type of source and produces a normalized intermediate format.
The Bash scripts automate the chaining of the parsers: triggering them in the right order, managing dependencies between steps, logging and error handling, in order to make these processes repeatable and easy to re-run.
