The company already had a single sign-on (SSO) microservice at the core of its system. What was missing was completing and hardening the authentication journeys themselves: creating an account, logging in, and staying logged in from one visit to the next without having to re-enter credentials.
The engagement focused on these features: the registration flow, the login flow, and an automatic reconnection mechanism based on persistent tokens. The goal was a smooth authentication experience, integrated with the existing SSO service.
Bug fixes on the registration flow accompanied this work, making the journey more reliable for new users.
