Inventory management software for a company that needed to track its stock in real time, manage its suppliers and automate its reports. A desktop solution installed in-house.

The shop managed its stock manually: periodic physical counts, orders placed when the shelves ran empty, and no visibility into sales trends. Stockouts regularly caught them by surprise, and overstock tied up cash.

The application turns this reactive management into anticipatory management. Stock is tracked in real time, alert thresholds trigger reordering suggestions, and reports show which products move quickly and which are stagnant. The manager makes ordering decisions based on data, not impressions.

What was delivered

Real-time inventory tracking with low-stock alerts eliminated unexpected stockouts.

Managing suppliers and alert thresholds streamlined the reordering process.

The complete history of stock movements makes it possible to trace every entry and exit for audits.

Automated reports provide the key figures for decision-making, without manual calculations.
